Terms & Conditions

• 50% non-refundable Deposit required in order to secure booking
• Any Bookings made one week, or less, prior to the arrival date, then a 100% non-refundable payment required to secure booking
• Payment made by EFT - Proof of Payment needs to be e-mailed or faxed in order to secure booking.
• By paying the deposit you are excepting the terms and conditions and will be liable for the full amount of the booking,
• Balances will be payable upon arrival and No EFT's are excepted for balance payments

Cancellation Policy

• Mandalay Beach Guest House reserves the right to issue a Credit Voucher in replacement of the Deposit Amount paid. This Credit Voucher is subject to availability and is valid for 12 months from date of issue (Terms and conditions apply with regards to Seasons that require a minimum stay)


• Check In time is from 2pm - 8pm and check out is on or before 11am.
• Arrivals after 8pm, by prior arrangement only, failure to comply will result in a R50 per hour fee to be billed to your account.


• Breakfast times are from 07-30 to 9-30.
• Breakfast boxes are available upon prior 24 hour request
